The public is invited to comment on the draft EIR pursuant to the provisions of CEQA. The review period is 45 days. A public hearing to receive comment from the public and agencies has been scheduled for June 8th, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. The Humboldt Resource Conservation District will consider certification of the EIR at a subsequent meeting, currently scheduled on or after August 10, 2023 at or after 8:00 a.m. Both meetings will be at the Humboldt County Agriculture Center, 5630 South Broadway, Eureka, CA.
