HCRCD is hiring a Seasonal Field Technician to be part of a small team vegetation maintenance, monitoring, and reporting activities on Caltrans mitigation sites and performing other ecological restoration activities associated with HCRCD’s forest health, watershed restoration, and agricultural enhancement programs. Working primarily outdoors, this role involves labor-intensive tasks such as planting, invasive species control, watering and compliance monitoring to meet success criteria.
This position is a full-time, seasonal position, with the selected candidate available to start mid-March to mid-April. The position is anticipated to end in mid-October 2026.
