The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and Humboldt County Resource Conservation District (HCRCD) would like to invite you to a quarterly Local Working Group Meeting. Please complete the above survey prior to the meeting so we can discuss your priorities.
NRCS and HCRCD are nonregulatory organizations that provide technical assistance and cost-share funding for agricultural producers and landowners to address climate and resource challenges.
Local Working Groups aim to bring together local agencies and landowners to discuss natural resource concerns and solutions in our region. This Local Working Group meeting will focus on identifying the goals, resource concerns, priorities, and needs of landowners and managers in Humboldt County to help set priorities for NRCS and HCRCD. Your input will help our organizations develop programs and prioritize and direct resources to where they are most needed in the community.
You are invited to attend at 9:00 am on August 27th 2026, virtually via Zoom. If you know key representative landowners or organizations that you believe should be involved in this meeting, please share this information.
