REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: Manual Fuels Treatment in the Pecwan Watershed Project


The Humboldt County Resource Conservation District is seeking Statement of Qualifications from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to carry out the Manual Fuels Treatment in the Pecwan Watershed Project. This project is to be conducted on Yurok Tribal lands located in the Pecwan Watershed and in close coordination with the Yurok Tribe. Proposals that include local contractors and who employ or are willing to employ Yurok Tribal members and/ or local residents are an important consideration for this work. From Klamath Glen the site is approximately 30 miles (2 hours) from the Arrow Mills Gate (HWY 169) and from Weitchpec – Martin’s Ferry Bridge, the site is approximately 20 miles (1-3/4 hours).

Contractor qualifications for the Project will be received by the HCRCD until 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2024.
