The Humboldt County Resource Conservation District (“District”) will accept sealed bids for its Russ Creek & Centerville Slough Restoration Project (“Project”), by or before April 17, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., at the GHD office, located at 718 Third Street, Eureka, California, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A bidders’ conference will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., at the Wildlands Conservancy Eel River Estuary Preserve Headquarters Barn located at 770 Russ Lane, near Ferndale, CA to acquaint all prospective bidders with the Contract Documents and the Worksite. The bidders’ conference is mandatory. A bidder who fails to attend a mandatory bidders’ conference may be disqualified from bidding.
