The Humboldt County Resource Conservation District is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to carry out the Willow Creek Shaded Fuel Break Phase 3- Manual Fuels Reduction Services. Proposals for the Project will be received by the RCD until 5 p.m. on July 24, 2026. This project is to be conducted on private lands located near Willow Creek, CA. There is a mandatory pre-bid walk on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 9am.
