HCRCD is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to carry out the Willow Creek Shaded Fuel Break Phase 2 – Manual Fuels Reduction Services project. Proposals for the Project will be received by the RCD until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. This project is to be conducted on private lands located in Willow Creek, CA.
