The Humboldt County Resource Conservation District is accepting proposals for a California Rapid Assessment Method (CRAM) Initial Wetland Condition Assessment on 78 acres on the Waduhl Lagoon Restoration Project in Mad River Slough, owned by the Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge. The Request for Proposals (RFP) can be found here. Proposals are due May 31, 2023.
